Luke Morrison has lent his expertise to Erthwrks as our Downstream Service Manager since joining out organization in April 2014. Luke is responsible for logistical planning, project supervision, the operations of the many laboratories we use in emissions testing, and the compilation and QA/QC of our emission test reports for regulatory agency submission. He has proven his proficiency in all types of EPA test methods, conducting these tests on a variety of emissions sources in many different industries. Luke also maintains all required certifications and accreditations, including recognition as a Qualified Individual (QI) by the Source Evaluation Society (SES). Luke’s depth of knowledge and training includes Basic Plus Safety Training and Qualified Source Testing Individual (QSTI) Exam Group II.
Luke’s onsite experience includes a wide range of significant projects nationwide. His project management work for Phillips 66 included VCU compliance testing of both the Bozeman Products Terminal in Bozeman MT and the Billings Loading Terminal in Billings MT. He also served as Project Manager for the testing of multiple CEMS units at both British Petroleum (Eastern Territory Terminals) and Buckeye Terminals LLC (Eastern Region), in addition to his work as RATA Project Supervisor for CES certification programs for QatarGas. He recently took on the job of client/project management for Kinder Morgan Liquid Terminals LLC, where he conducts a variety of EPA Title 40 performance testing on the bulk gas loading terminals’ vapor control systems. Luke has also worked on several high-profile projects in the roles of Team Leader and Field Technician.
