While on-site, our specialized mobile laboratories utilize onboard generators that enable our test team to arrive on-site with all equipment warmed up and ready for testing enabling us to complete testing on multiple units per day. As a result of safety requirements of various refineries, our refinery-specific labs can also be completely powered by facility electricity and have in-laboratory first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and multi-gas detectors.
While performing a Relative Accuracy Test Audit (RATA) or compliance test, Erthwrks staff continuously provides real-time analysis of both stack emissions and the relative accuracy of stack emissions versus the refinery Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) in order to provide preliminary results the day of testing. Often Erthwrks provides RATA and compliance tests simultaneously in order to reduce strain on our clients’ time and budget.
